Product analysis

Supplying high quality products is a commitment at ChemBiotech. All our products are manufactured to the highest possible quality standards. Extensive quality control checks are followed throughout to ensure that products always meet or exceed our stringent specifications. Every batch of compounds is tested by the following methods:

1. Thin Layer Chromatography
Purity is verified to be > 98%.

2. HPLC
Purity is verified to be > 98%.

3. 1H-NMR
The identity is confirmed by 1H-NMR. The purity is verified to be > 98%.

4. 13C-NMR
In many cases the compounds are characterized by 13C-NMR spectroscopy.

5. 31P-NMR
The identity of the phosphoramidites is confirmed by 31P-NMR. The purity is verified to be > 98%.

6. UV
The UV-maxima and the extinction coefficients are determined and compared with reference data.

7. Coupling Efficiency
The coupling efficiency of phosphoramidites is determined to be at least 98%.
